Before kickoff of the UTSA game.

There’s a video on Twitter that I won’t post but praying the guy survives.

It looks like he was going to fast rope to the field.

After the Owen Hart tragedy, no one should be doing any sort of tricks or entrances from the rafters. The reward is not worth the risk

I saw an Army team do this from the rafters of NRG Stadium before the Houston Rodeo. It's pretty impressive.

Unfortunately I saw the video and it looked really bad. He hit the ground HARD.

Anyone seen any update on his condition?

Why? He’s probably done that thousands of times.

The reason really needs to be explained? Maybe watch the video, and concentrate on the human slamming to the turf in front of 10s of thousands of fans

There a little simmer of outrage that they continued with the game.

One pitcher died from getting hit in the face. Why do pitchers pitch? One guy died sky diving. Nobody else will ever sky dive.

You can’t cater to rarities

Playing the sport. Part of the intrinsic dangers

Guy repelling from the rafters of an arena just for ooohs and ahhhs, not at all related to the event.
Lets see if you can figure out the difference . Although, the moronic level of your thinking will make this tpugh for you

Nothing, NOT ONE thing about sports is missed if guys dont repell down ropes and die before the game

I’m not outraged, but a little surprised that it appeared to be a minor issue with the pregame show. I’m not suggesting the band stop playing or anything, but it’s weird how things just continued like normal.
