when i read the complaint yesterday i saw the name and was like, THAT kelly minkin? then i looked at the firm's site, where she wasn't listed. but a google search showed me she went to law school so i was like "gotta be her"

She went to Phx Law. Awful.
She worked for PI/Med malpractice firm. Don’t think she is even really practicing anymore.
I’ve played with her several times. In the category of poker pros who are professionals in the greater Phx area she pales in comparison to Corey Hochman or the Donkey Bomber.

SFP I haven't read the entire thread so are they claiming he is cheating via phone? Is it not highly irregular to allow him to any electronic device on the table?

Does anyone have a video where they can reenact how someone can rig this? I'd imagine someone is pretending to be sitting at the table showing how the RFID feed or bone conductor feed works to give an edge. If someone can duplicate it, that'd be pretty damning.

it makes absolutely zero sense to me that this lasted this long. it's obvious he is cheating in like 10 different ways and he just does it for over a year?
i understand that it's easy to say it is obvious now, but you just think it would not take nearly this long for this shite to hit the fan, especially in a highly regulated environment like casinos.
i also understand that poker is different in regards to phones and shite and that all casinos are different, but if i hold my phone at a $10 blackjack table, im getting yelled at. this makes zero sense.

Looks like he literally tucked the phone under his thighs/crotch area to conceal it as best he could. I don’t think it was just sitting out on his lap. Go watch the video where he first places it there.

I assumed someone with the live feed was telling him the hole cards by texting it to him on his phone
