Sounds like he knows they can’t win it......

Mike D is prepping Boom's talking points.
Posted on 4/11/18 at 12:25 pm to Boomshockalocka
You just keep believing that about POP.....
Posted on 4/11/18 at 12:34 pm to dukke v
Pop will be lucky to win another playoff series in his tenure. To say they are done is an understatement.

Oh, now we're on Boom's "Pop" talking points.

I am a huge pop fan but he don’t have the players. Ans he don’t have much for up and coming prospects either. It’s bleak. And once Timmy left that locker room fell apart. He’s tired of dealing with it. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him retire.

This has been said about Pop for over 15 years now

He'll retire when he retires. Every post-Duncan season with him is gravy tbh.
Regardless, him saying his priority isn't winning championships, while stupid, still rings far less hollow than Pringles uttering anything along the same lines. That's what this thread is about.

The Rox are just a regular season kinda team, Bubba

Pop has won more playoff series in the last 4 years than D'antoni has won in his entire career.

Pop is gonna get swept by mike this year you had better hope you beat Pels tonight.
Posted on 4/11/18 at 12:54 pm to Boomshockalocka
Ok.... what about all the other titles he has won when your coach has been at home licking his wounds???????

I seem to remember a certain obnoxious, know-nothing poster making a similar claim regarding a rockets playoff victory over AC just last season.
Kinda cool to watch history repeat itself in real time

Meh, DGAF, really. That's probably an L, and we'll let the chips fall where they may.

BOOM..... I got one for ya.... just between me and you..... Since you sooooo arrogant and confident of CC, how about this... if CC wins the title, I’ll self ban for a week... BUT if they don’t you self ban for 6 months...... deal.... or are you scared......

He's gonna duck that bet, peej, citing some such fiddle faddle as "there's nothing in it for me."
Watch.
Watch.

Make it even.
Both suffer same penalty.
No posts on more sports board for 1 month.
He's got to win whole enchilada to win bet and houston may lose in 2nd round.
Jazz and okies are both capable.

but they'll ultimately be judged by if they win a championship or not," D'Antoni said before pausing. "Really? It doesn't diminish what these guys have done."
Sure it does, Mike. And all of Houston would feel the same.
Good luck though. No pressure.
