Also worth noting that University athletic staff are also typically beholden to state guidelines regarding public employees and fraternizing between supervisor and supervisee. You also usually have to disclose that to an HR department if you do intend to have a relationship and that usually means a transfer to another department.

I don't really follow college football, but I was shocked when I first read of this guy and his firing. There's no way I'd hire that person as HC if I had Michigan's money and clout backing me up. He has the phrenology of a serial liar and he doesn't have the resume regardless.
