So are you never supposed to penalize schools for misconduct because the players that were there during said misconduct are no longer there ?
If that's the case then I guess everyone can cheat and never get penalized.

At this point, just make the Sugar Bowl the championship game and change the Rose Bowl to the Shouldn't Even Be There Bowl Game Presented by Prudential.
