yeah... they may have missed their window... the talent UM had the last two years with burke, stauskus, mcgary, robinson, etc was nasty.

I feel like in basketball the expectation/defined success of a season is a little different. They went to a final four, were a crazy 3 pointer from going again, and won the B1G conference regular season this year.
Aside from a title (which of course is important), that's about as good as it gets in a 2 year span in CBB.

very true... that's an excellent two year run... "missed" is the wrong word... but regardless, it's probably closed... at least with the core group fron last season/ and 2014.
i love their style of play though... hopefully michigan reloads and makes another deep run... the UK/Mich game may have been the best of the tournament, from a level of play/skill standpoint.

Yeah, I will take that two year run and be content for another five years.
Disagree with Trey a little on the Love comparison. Our sample size was small, but McGary's point production seemed to be berserker putbacks and not really refined post moves or any outside shooting. Still can be a great asset, though, and I was impressed by his passing. 10 rebounds for him seems easier than ten points IMO.
As for the dude rolling his eyes at GRIII being a lottery pick in a year. The guy can jump out of the gym, slash, and stroke it. Other than some of his ol man's lazy style, what's not to like?

Because he missed the whole season with a back injury. Im talking about next years draft with the caveat that he plays for a season like he did in the tournament last year.

you should look up mitch mcgary's stats and kevin love's stats real quick. some random piece of shite that has never seen either of them play would never even dream of making that comparison.
