The penalties are killing OSU. 2nd and 5 and you can do anything in the playbook instead a 2nd year starter false starts for no reason

Think I had seen a stat that Stroud was pretty terrible against the blitz. Granted he is a young QB, and that is common.

Yea but they have been doing this all season. It cost them tons of points against PSU and Nebraska. It is costing them opportunities today.
The last 2 weeks they cleaned it up and ran teams off the field. This week the discipline problems are back

UW has had false start issues this year as well.
