Germany has been completely ravaged from war twice and is still a major economic and industrious country today.
Germany pisses on circumstance.
Now, a considerable group of blacks in the US are affected greatly by circumstance, but I think the field is pretty much level now in terms of affording and being able to get an education to better yourself. It's all about self accountability.

Well, most are. But there is a discernible difference in the intelligence of Germans/French/Brits compared to Slovenians, Croats, and Bosnians.

I agree, but not exactly, accountability plays a part but not the only part.

My point was that other countries have had their down times and bounced back. For the most part mongoloids and caucasians have had the "better" societies in world and my belief is that it is due to genetic traits of intellect.

I don't think you can attribute sports performance to genetic disposition, and the same can be said for intelligence. IMO humans are so similar genetically that the diff in IQ scores(what we use to measure intelligence) between the races can't be attributed to just our "racial gene pool".

after 1500 or so, capitalism/trade and the rule of rational law helped western europe advance exponentially beyond the rest of the world

well the west was definitely in some shite after the fall of the western roman empire. the east benefited from roman rule for much longer and transitioned from that rule much more easily
after 1500 or so, it wasn't close

it's just an example of different genetics and physical differences from people of different parts of the world
we easily accept this with skin color (and other assorted physical characteristics), but have a hard time with other physical characteristics (like where we develop athletically)

You're not supposed to talk about facial differences...it's only skin color remember.
That area is whole different field of study...facial features that are attractive to only particular groups and facial features that are attractive to all humans.
People get touchy when beauty or appearance because so many of publicly accepted hot black chick's are white features with black skin...ala Halle Barry or whomever. So you can't say anything about what actually attracts people to people via facial characteristics. Black is black just based on skin color. Everyone is happy

I don't have a hard time with it. But I do know that most of the genetic difference in humans occurs from individual to individual and not between races
