I think you meant every NFL team, because if not I don't think anyone would disagree NBA teams could frick up the NCAA

Right, NFL. That's what I originally said. Sorry to screw it up. I'll edit it.

Not sure what you mean here, but no NFL teams are going to field a basketball team that could win the NCAA men's tournament.

Yeah, they're really going to be able to do a lot when the 6' 6", 300 lb lineman backs into a dunk 100 times out of 100

They would get called for fouls...you think they can just run over the girls?

it's not fouls he's talking about. rebounds, dunks, athleticism, physicality

athleticism doesn't always equate putting the ball in the basket and stopping backdoor cuts.

If the men's team had decent size (a few guys taller than 6'6"), the women would never grab a single rebound unless the ball caromed perfectly right to them. They would also get every shot near the basket blocked cause they can't play above the rim.

People ignore the fact that

1) Most really good football players also could have played D1 basketball

2) Any team would be by NCAA standards freakishly athletic.

What I mean is you are unrealistic to think that every NFL team couldn't easily field a team that would easily win the WNBA.

and what I also mean is that every NFL team could field a team that would win the NCAA (men's).

So, the New Orleans Saints could field a team of 10 players tomorrow and they would take on North Carolina at basketball and win? Nope.

A mediocre HS BB team can beat a WNBA team.

No way. Most NCAA Women's practice squads are full of 10-15 guys who were All-District (and probably a few who are All-State), and they are about on par with the top 15 NCAA Women's teams

Alexis Hornbuckle - 5'11"

Lebron's highschool team would have slaughtered them

I guess I just assumed they'd be taller. Only being 5'11" and "stud" basketball players is tough to imagine

If I get to pick any 5 people off of TD.com I bet I could pick 5 that Lebron could beat alone.

I would like to submit these three people for exclusion: GCS, Kige and Cody. Then there is a chance.

5 vs 1 is such a ridiculous statement really. You would just put 4 people under the defensive basket and kick out to the one sandbagger. If you have 1 person that can make a layup 90% of the time... ballgame.

Lebron is a great basketball player but in your words "5 old, fat guys from the OT" would destroy Lebron
