McNeese track and field coach placed on administrative leave

Gilroy was placed on leave Thursday night.
No other information was provided.
Gilroy, a longtime fixture in Southwest Louisiana track and field, has been a McNeese track coach for more than 15 years.

I was at the Meet Under the Lights when he attempted this but fell just short. It was an awesome story when he did it a year or two later.

It’s because it’s a position of power and creates conflicts of interest. It’s not illegal as long as everything’s consensual. But 1000% if that’s what was happening people deserve to be fired.

So they can pretend to be outraged and holier than thou. In every line of business in the country there's a superior fricking a subordinate, sometimes their spouse is that person. People have sex. Unless someone can show proof there was undue influence subjected because of the sex, get the frick over it and mind your business.

If you were a parent how would you feel if your daughter was on a college team and a coach was fricking her?
Or better yet a coach was fricking someone else and your daughter was being screwed out of chances to compete or wasn’t getting the same attention as a result?

That too. 
I’m not saying anyone needs to be charged with anything but they shouldn’t be coaching college athletics if they can’t keep from sleeping with their athletes.

I have no issue in that scenario if the other girl is more attractive than my daughter.
