Did you miss the part where I said I don’t care?

but even if Harrison was the first receiver off the board, that wouldn’t even be that offensive if they didn’t hype the guy up like he was a sure lock hall of famer

Just a little friendly advise, try not to get worked up about things like “media hype” that a) you have no control over and b)!are completely meaningless anyway

This is the part where you act like I’m losing my mind because you have no logical retort to support your retarded premise.

I’m not worked up, we’re talking sports

The best part is that he is revealing himself to be a Maserati, just not in the way intended by the nickname

You are the one that brought up he “disappeared” against weaker opponents, that’s the point i originally commented on sorry that’s just next level retarded to point to those games while ignoring how he did in the bigger games.

You are criticizing media hype and calling my premise that media hype is meaningless retarded

And you don’t know where you’re talking about because you didn’t watch the games

Now I feel like I’m taking crazy pills if he torched Rutgers Indiana and Minnesota but disappeared vs Penn State Michigan and the playoff vs UGA I’d understand the criticism but he “disappeared” in games against scrubs come on

Justin Jefferson vs Vandy 2-18 and Arkansas 4-27 Chase was 2-21 vs Ga Southern did they “disappear”.

He didn’t watch the games so he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Going 2 for 18 in a game where you didn’t play in the second half and are just trying to get out healthy is not the same going 2 for 18 in a 3 point game against a ranked team or 3 for 30 in a conference game that was still a contest with 12 minutes to play.

Ok. So you take 2 games out of a 12 game season to focus on and ignore the other huge games he had?

This is a bad look for you lol

You don’t disappear against Rutgers if you are a generational talent.

He’s a really good player, Anquon Boldin was a really good player. Played a really long time and made a shite ton of money. But he was never in the top tier of receivers in the league and was never considered “generational.” MHJ is more Boldin than he is Moss or TO or Johnson

Meh he was the #1 WR on a team for 2 years with Emeka Egbuka as the #2.

Egbuka looks to be the real deal. Harrison Jr. made a ton of plays in college and was good in college. Manning hasn't proven he can do that

I thought he was overrated leading up to the draft. He obviously has a tremendous skillset and measurables, but I don't believe he has that dog in him. He is lacking what takes mentally to be a dominant WR in the NFL.

On the other hand, I always thought Egbuka was a bit underrated. Got overshadowed by Harrison and Smith. Kind of like Justin Jefferson.

Trevor Lawrence is what happened. BTJ actually played alot better with the backup last year when TLaw got hurt.
No

Go look at the tape of BTJ this year. He is seeing ghosts and alligator arming everything and dropping 5 yard passss

He has been awful and possible the worst WR in the nfl so far this year

the Rutgers game was 21-16 in the 4th quarter

You’re right I didn’t watch that game but I did look up the box score and guess who scored the 2 4th Quarter TDs to make it 35-16 scoring TDs in the 4th to put the game on ice is not exactly “disappearing”. Henderson had 208 total yards so maybe tOSU used him because Rutgers run d was bad or maybe they can’t cover RB or maybe Rutgers set their D up to take away the WR and tOSU pounded Henderson to take advantage of that

I watched it. Treyveon and a defensive TD carried them for most of the game. Harrison was non existent until he caught two goal line TD’s. If a 2 yard TD is what you expect from “generation” talents against the State University of New Jersey after getting locked up by some dude who probably works for Enterprise now, then we just have a different definition of “generational”

He’s a GOOD to really good player. He’s not scary over the top which if what is game changing

Marvins issue is having a midget throwing the ball to him. That drop was bad but also a horribly underthrown ball. He's running down the field wide open all the time and Kyler cant see him.

You seriously watched that clip and thought Kyler Murray was the problem?

You quoted me saying "That drop was bad".

My other comment is more so about Marvin Harrisons lackluster start to a career, not that one singular play.
