How big is he? How fast is he? It takes a special player to get a big Div 1 school offer.

Word is he's going to walk on at LSU since his girlfriend already goes to LSU.

What about Ricky Wyatt at Neville? The local D1 schools not offering him is a sham.

1A bro

He's good, no doubt, but there is a reason he has no offers.

If I were Curtis Johnson, I'd have offered him already. He's just a playmaker. Forget his size, he can play.

The commentators at the state champ game from NOLA said he looked like the 2nd coming of Sam Mills.

He's bigger than 5'11 175...I'd say he's close to 6'0 195. But word is he will follow his fathers footsteps and try his luck at LSU as a walk on.

I went to a high school game just about every Friday night this season and he was the best player I saw. Period.

Fast, strong, great hands and a hard-hitter. He would be a steal for Tulane, ULL, La. Tech, etc. He could play receiver or safety. Reminds of Jack Hunt.

I didn't buy the Laird hype, but after watching him play in person I'm on board. I don't see him ever as an LSU starter, but the kid could contribute on special teams and in practice.

He could excel in a Malzahn offense at ASU. Marginal SEC player, but an excellent Sun Belt/CUSA prospect. Would be a quality preferred walk-on for LSU.

195? lol no way. He is prob 165 and about 6'1.. He plays WR and Corner and he has been all state for about 3 years now.. OCS's offense used to basically consist of throwing the ball up to Mark and hope he comes down with it.

I think he has a better chance of playing baseball somewhere because of his size.

But he is definitely good enough to play at La Tech or ULM no doubt.

On another note.. He is going to go to LSU because of his girlfriend. guaranteed

I did edit the subject line and included Ricky Wyatt. These guys can flat out play and I can not understand how there are no offers on the table.

What are their measurables? Ht, wt, 40, etc?

If you don't have 40, did they run track? Times?
