True...it's not like Cuban to create a media circus. Good call.

But still, this was an interview in which I'm sure he was asked all kinds of shite about racism, Sterling, etc.

But what Cuban said was nothing close to the same. So no, I don't think the NBA should or will do anything.

it is...he says he profiles people BASED ON THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN.

Thats wrong. Silver and the NBA said so, already. In fact, it's so wrong, they are going to vote to remove another owner from his ownership.

The pandora's box is opened. Sterling will use this as a club if the NBA doesnt act.

He didn't say anything bold! Give me his money, put me on national television and you I assure you that you will hear truly bold comments!

Did you watch the video?

It's for inc. Magazine and he's talking about how he understands that everyone has biases and stereotypes but as an owner of multiple businesses he HAS to do his part to eliminate them...

I swear. People heard black guy in a hoodie and just stopped.

Yes I did watch the video and I have no problem with what he said. My issue is with the imagery that he used and how the media would play off of it. He had to know the media would run with the hoodie comments. He could have left those two examples out and there would be no story here.

What's interesting to me is the next time someone black (coach, player, whatever) says something racist, and how people like Sterling will react. Because if something happens and goes unpunished, he could have a field day with that in court (and likely is already putting together a list of past instances).

Bunch of idiots in this thread who can't wait to rabble rouse.

Quit trying to put this in the same boat as what Sterling said. This will not go anywhere. It's not close to the same thing. I think what Cuban said is constructive, where as what Sterling said was clearly not.

One of my best friends during college was an african-american male who was about 5'10'' 225 jacked from Jersey. We were walking home one night and he looks at me and goes "If I was you, and I saw me on the corner of a street, I'd walk to the other side of the street. I've done it before when I've seen black guys that looked scary."

If a huge black guy (a great guy) can admit he would, and had done it, when he thought there were thugs on the corner, then I can too!
