Am I the only one who is not jealous of Manziel at all? I always see posts saying they wish it was them, but the guy has serious problems and needs help badly and I hope he gets it.

To be honest, I don't know how true that is anymore. Looks like a serious drug habit that derailed his professional life. His spending spree is essentially him paying for friends and pussy, and I already have friends. I doubt I would trade my life with him anymore.

I feel the pain that he must be going through. Sure he has girls but he is hurting inside. Having sex or drugs is mostly an escape for him right now. The shame he feels is heartbreaking. Money only takes you so far. I'd rather love my life and have my family than to have a million dollars.
I pray that he gets the help he needs and I believe he will turn his life around. I see him being a leader for future college athletes. It is not hopeless for Johnny. Football is probably not in his future. But his fight with drugs, shame, and anger is his greatest battle. I think he should focus only on therapy and recovery. His calling us to help others who struggle with addiction. He will get through this. A lot of work is needed.
