No matter where you rank these too between each other or how you rank the rest of the leagues qbs We can all agree on this right?

I strongly disagree with your assessment.

Russel Wilson is likely to finish 2nd in the MVP voting, and likely has a strong argument to be in that group somewhere.

Probably, only hold up is the offense/ridiculous weapons Mahomes has. I think Rodgers/Wilson would do the same things Mahomes does in that offense.

You do understand the hook should not be so visible when fishing, right?

Until one of them plays a bad game. Then the msb’s opinions will change like a woman deciding which dress to wear.

I'm assuming you aren't including Taysom Hill into the conversation.

Watson too inconsistent. He can dominate a game or he can tank a game

I think Wilson has to be in that conversation. Otherwise, I think it is pretty clear those 3 have become the class of the QB position.

Wilson is debatably a top 2 QB as well. Super consistent. Good production. Does a lot with little offensive talent around him

I think fans of the Chiefs, Ravens, Seahawks, Packers, and Saints are probably the only people who would confidently say they wouldn't trade their QB for any other player in the league.

How each of those QBs would do in any other system may vary, but that is an interchangeable top 5 for me right now.

You can take the Saints off that list. For one Brees is easily replaceable. Secondly, he’s not signed for next season.

The Cowboys probably wouldn’t part with Dak either (depending on what his new contract is) and for better or worse, the Texans have hitched their wagon to Watson.

I want to wait until Lamar Jackson can replicate this production for more than one year before crowning him one of the top 2 QBs in the NFL. He has been this year without question if that's what you're asking.

Everyone would trade qbs with Chiefs and Ravens. Those guys are younger and proven. Wilson is the only one who might cause hesitation.

I would agree. I will add that if Jackson wins a SB this year, you could argue he has had one of the greatest QB seasons ever.

If you trade for Jackson, you have to hire an OC to go with him. They had to redesign their whole system for him. It's working for now, but DC's will have a seasons worth of film to study in the off season. If he can do it 3 or 4 years, then talk to me.

He doesn’t need to win a super bowl for it to be one of the best regular seasons by a QB all-time. Hell 6 of the top 10 consensus all time QB seasons didn’t result in a SB - Marino 84, Manning 04, Brady 07, Rodgers 11, Manning 13, and Mahomes 18.

Lamar’s season is definitely top 10 for a QB, but I personally wouldn’t put it in the top 5, but I wouldn’t argue against someone doing so.

Exciting, yes. Fun to watch? Of course. Best? Nah. Can be in the conversation in another year or two.
