It's about using his power of persuasion tatics to get his based riled up. Hes a master at it

Using the Military against the snowflakes is just classic.

Is revenge against the NFL what it's about? I guess that's the go to if you dont understand what hes doing

Why'd they decline? This is an opportunity to meet the POTUS which they may never have again, something that shouldn't be rejected regardless of political view

There’s already been multiple examples posted in this thread of players who didn’t attend under other administrations. We running with some revisionist history now?
Players who can be counted on one hand, it seems; not 40+ in one go as this has become.

I'd assume it's because said POTUS is calling them sons of bitches, saying they should be suspended, fired, etc.

It's not like this is the first time POTUS has said dumb things to them

so they are a bunch of babies. No wonder they made this movement about "Not my president" then decline the chance to meet the guy over it. So weak

probably has something to do with POTUS calling them SOBs and wanting them to be cut

I agree, it's just as weak as cancelling the event because feelings were hurt

I promise you this has more to do with the NFL saying they didn't want DJT to be in their club back in the day. He doesn't strike me as the "let bygones be bygones" type.

Then why not take the high road and meet that President and be cordial and all? Makes them look better and reasonable but no they choose to be overly sensitive and get triggered such is today and millennials

More like it's a chance to meet an ignorant window licking conman who has embarrassed the office.

I would decline as well. Zero interest in meeting that halfwit.

As for missing out on a trip to DC and tour of the white house, I'm sure NFL players can afford it anytime they want and without having numbbuts waste their time on photo ops.

How exactly are they being overly sensitve and triggered in this situation? If someone (that doesn't know you) calls you an SOB and calls for you to be fired from you r place of employment. I'm sure you would think twice about going to meet them.

So they got told to "stay home" even though they weren't going anyways, and are now crying about it?

If you think he's the first to have embarrassed the office you are embarrassingly naive, through his acts as POTUS Trump's done a pretty good job to my perspective plus he's one of the most famous Americans of the last 40 years so its a double-plus at least it would be to me. How many times in a lifetime does anyone EVER get the opportunity to meet and take pics with the POTUS not to mention one of the most famous Americans of the last 4 decades? Declining is crazy talk lol

I just think they didn't want to go, period. Now it's a all in the news because once again, we have the "You can't fire me, I quit" scenario
