LSU fans - if you had to pick between the Saints and Bengals, which would it be?

Let's say the Saints and Bengals were playing head-to-head, who are you pulling for?

Saints all day every day. It’s the team I grew up watching and loving.

Had season tickets to Saints game all through late 80s early 90's as a kid.

Been a Saints fan since I was born.

It has been tough

I would pull for the Saints over the Bengals with Burrow/Chase in the Super Bowl
Not to mention the Saints have two LSU players as well

You've got a Super Bowl in there though. More than fans of some teams can say

Saints obviously

A better post would be asking how many Saints fans don’t pull for LSU

The Bengals have been demoted to my 4th or 5th favourite team due to @joeyb turning into what he's turned into. Hopeful he grows up soon.

Saints easily. I’ll pull for the Bengals as long as it doesn’t negatively affect the Saints. And that Commanders Maroon and Gold is starting to look pretty nice too. But no real Saints fan is ever going to pull for another team to beat them, no matter how much we may love an LSU player on another team.

The only scenario I can imagine is if it’s like the last week of the season and the Saints are 2-14 and the Bengals are 13-3 and fighting for a bye, I might intellectually want the Bengals to win so the Saints get a better draft pick, but once the game actually starts, I don’t think my heart would ever let me pull against the Saints. I’ve been apathetic during bad seasons, but never actually hoped they’d lose.

Saints. No question.

I'm an LSU college fan. I'm a Saints NFL fan.

I like Burrow/Chase, and hope they do well. But I genuinely have zero vested interest in whether they win or lose.

Well first of all not all LSU fans are saints fans.

They played last year and im pretty sure every saints fan including myself pulled for the saints.

Who doesn’t want to see their alums do well? But head to head, you are pulling for YOUR team. If we played Minnesota tomorrow i’d hope Jefferson would put up a goose egg.

Saints easily. frick everyone else. It will be interesting to see what happens to all the “lifelong” Bengal fans though, when they collapse as a franchise, and Joe and Ja’Marr are no longer there.

Are you high?

Saints all day. Bengal fandom is secondary. I pulled for them the other day against the Chiefs and I'd pull for them in any other game as well.

Except the Saints.

erm Saints, been a die hard fan since I was a kid. I can still root for Burrow or any past LSU player though.

Thank you! I have zero interest in watching any NFL games after all the rules changes the last 20 years and their leftist PC BS! Yall can have it and I will stick with a full Saturday of college football and cheer LSU on like I have for over 50 years!
