Yeah we did this at St. Louis for kids who had trouble paying.

i'd love to see the breakdowns... by class, by school, by region, by district, etc.

at a lot of private schools any kid whose family can display need can do work study. That isn't recruiting.

95% of the kids that get these work study aids at St. Paul's happen to be athletes. I know what goes on, I went and played there.

Did it stop public schools from beating us? No

Also, zoning is an absolute joke in certain parishes. Getting a "waiver" to go to a different school outside of the zone you reside is basically just an "ask and you shall receive" process.

The principal at Barbe is tired of schools recruiting? That's fricking rich.

I thought that was pretty funny as well.

Tell me the last time a public school won 3A or 2A? Its not about 5A.

Brewhan you know magic recruits.

I know, I know. For the longest time though.. it didn't amount to anything.

It only took a few winning seasons for people to raise an eyebrow.

Also, I guarantee now that Favre is at Slidell, they will start getting guys that live in Salmen's zone.

Exactly. It probably could have all been nipped in the bud by forcing JC and Evangel to play 5A

Westlake has won 3A recently, maybe Patterson, I know they got there.

Amite?

3A isn't really the issue. It's 2A. I think the last public school to win a 2A Title was Sterlington.

That would be my solution. JC would probably still rip teams up though.

Patterson f'd up in the dome a few years ago with Hilliard. Should have beaten Parkview easily.

Westlake and Patterson both got to the dome but as you can guess lost to Parkview.
