We sweep Wright State, about to get swept by Ole Miss. I think we have a better team than last year but our bullpen is still not very good

Still shouldn't have botched that inning

That delay fricked us up

If we're having a hard time winning, shouldn't a homerun that would've given us the lead late in the game being taken away be our primary concern?

Another blown call by the ump at first to end the game. I throw up in my mouth every time I see Ryan Broussard and Myron Miller on the field. Have proven their incompetence time after time. Cajuns have plenty of their own issues, they do not need the ump to frick them as well.

Is there a video somewhere of it? No way a college umpire should mess that up. Don’t blame the coach for getting tossed over that.

Hard to get a screenshot because the video isn't great but here's one of the ball after it hit the tree

>

I mean, it's perfectly obvious that the ball hits the tree and comes back

ETA - it actually wasn't the tree, but one of the poles that run behind the wall

Mackneese steals one in San Marcos. Avoids the sweep

Y’all spent 12 million on a stadium and kept those trashy trees in the background. That’s really smart.

They were planted by Tigue Moore, the guy the field is named for, I don't think Tony wants to get rid of them. I'd like to see them put in a right field student deck or something.

I'm giving up my season tickets if they ever get rid of the trees.

It would look weird if they did, but I'm not really attached to them.

They need to replace the outfield fence.

I agree with you about the fence.

I just like that the trees give a nice back ground. Way better than looking at the the soccer field and the houses on Clement Street

Not understanding why we can't have a solid green fence.

They need to knock down the trashy fence we have and put in a padded wall with a clear yellow marker on top. If there was an indicator, it would have been easier for the shitty umps to see it was a homer.

I had the chance to make a trip to Monroe for a baseball series a few years ago, and there definitely needs to be a push for a stadium enhancement as well as more support. If this coach can bring your team some success, then it’s time for the fans and donors to step up.

Problem is that most of Monroe is so ate up with LSU that they could give a shite about ULM. The only way the school gets support is if they get on a roll and start winning, then it kinda becomes the cool thing to do. I don't know about baseball but I know the year that ULM knocked off #4 Arkie and went to OT with Auburn in football, fans started coming out of the woodwork.
