Keeping $250K in cash in an AirBNB, what could go wrong?
It says personal property worth 250k, from looking at those involved, it was probably watches/jewelry.

Rugg's dad works for the state of Alabama. Good man. Ruggs wasn't raised in a rough household.
Unlike Rolando McClain and a few others I never heard a bad word about Arnold or Ruggs while they were in Tuscaloosa.
He seems 100% guilty just like Ruggs so he deserves whatever legal consequences are headed his way.

Lions released Arnold
1) He’s been a bit of a disappointment. He was about to enter his third year in the NFL, and he was going to have to battle for a starting job.
That’s not good for a former 1st round draft choice.
2) The investigative wing of the NFL is underrated. They can get to the truth much, much faster than the courts. They obviously verified the accusations, and relayed their findings back to the Lions.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Appears the prosecution might have overplayed their hand a bit. I was led to believe they had more evidence than just the two guys facing life's testimony.

Steinberg is probably a top 5 criminal lawyer in the country.
He was cooking today.

In my view, Terrion has three things going for him as far as a criminal defense.
1) No one can put him at the scene -- even in the car outside. The livestream is apparently just hearsay from Bokai saying something to that affect to the setup women. They searched Arnold's phone and found nothing according to the defense today.
2) Primary testimony seems to only come from his two co-defendants who are both convicted felons in exchange for a reduced sentence.
3)Finally, the "beat down" was in response to $250K of property being stolen from all three of the defendants -- not just Arnold. And the theft was reported to the Tampa police prior to the incident. People looking for street justice don't normally get the cops involved prior to engaging in illegal activity.
Defense is going to use the first two points to tear down the co defendants credibility, and that might be enough for several jurors.
Point 3 might be used to tell the story that all three talked about going to get their stuff back and that the driver and barber were the likely culprits. Terrion was asleep in bed while Bokai hatched the plot to curry favor with Arnold and acted alone without explicit instructions.
We'll see, but the prosecution didn't show much today.

Yeah I might owe Mr. Arnold an apology for me jumping the gun and calling him a retard earlier in the thread
. I don’t know dick about the law, but it sounds like he might be sitting pretty after everything that came out today.
