Nice as it stands now Central would be on the Rummel side of the bracket. Fwiw if I was a higher seed, I wouldn't want to see Scotlandville near me. Very well coach and highly skilled team, just not much depth.

Are we thinking that PBS is going to run away with 3A?

ND may give them a game but I'm not sure ND is disciplined enough defensively yet....they are a young team at key positions.

They've won nothing, but don't act like Central and Catholic are walk overs, especially Central. Catholic hasn't done much in recent years, but Central certainly has. They have one of the best coaches in the state as well.

PBS should win another state title IMO, I don't see many teams competing with them.

I think you are right.....I think ND can beat anybody in 3A except for PBS (although a road game at Eunice or Loranger could be tough although I'm not sure what to make of Loranger yet).....I think ND can shut down PBS but I don't think they are experienced enough to do it yet. I do think Cook will win another state title in the next couple years at ND though.

Lester, I forwarded your message to Catholic, and they've decided not to go to the playoffs, since you said they won't win shite!

Seriously, do you have some type of agenda against these Baton Rouge schools? Who cares if they haven't won in the past, everybody has to win their first sometime, right?

I think it's more of a respect factor. Understandable for Central's sake. History shows they have sucked and sucked bad. Since Sid Edwards has been at Central, it's been quite the opposite.

Anyone who says they aren't worried about Central if they meet in playoffs is going to be shocked after the game.

WM hasn't played Central so I can't comment on them. Catholic though...WM has walked over them every time they've played.
