Can they really brag about it since we beat them on their home field? They can print out all the Cochamp shirts they want but we all know who the real champs are.

Same goes for Zachary last year an denham in 08

Gotta beat the champ to be the champ :arronrodgerschampionshipbeltdance:

28 points? Sounds like the DC needs to get his act together.

No kidding PP. I mean they need to do more than an undefeated regular season

In all seriousness, Im proud of those guys over there and what they have done in 2 years.

Two of those were garbage time scores their starters versus the JV. We have been susceptible to the long pass, and got bit by it tonight, but other than that, they did little against our first team defense...

This is the best chance we've had to compete with Curtis in years

Curtis will roll U-High if they even meet. I'd guess somewhere to the tune of 45-17

eta: (haven't actually seen U-High play so I'm fricking with you)

Winnfield beat Many at Many tonight 42-14 to complete a perfect 10-0 regular season. We go into the playoffs as the #2 seed in PR. Looks like we may host Sterlington next Friday...

I realized Catholic got beat, but it was fun to see Khalil Thomas, their 175 lb. running back, run clear through and over Landon Collins.

What the hell are you talking about Central is district champion and Denham is co-champs due to Central beating them. Central only lost to Zachary who has lost to both Denham and Scotlandville.

Central is the only school in the state that doesn't realize that any team that shares for a district title is a co-champ. There is no such thing as a champ vs co-champ. The tie-breaker junk was thrown in the trash when powerpoints became the sole purpose of determining the playoffs. Try reading a LHSAA handbook sometime.

You mad?

All I know is that Central and denham had the same district record and when they went head to head, Central won

That doesnt sound like Cochamps to me

Funny how your tune changed from last week when you assume Zachary would win

Wouldn't central be in ahead of Chalmette since they are the district CO-CHAMP?

Yeah central is out of the 32 power rankings but get the auto bid for district 4-5A

So chalmette needs to be in top 31, not 32

Assuming central is The only 5A team getting in on district bid
