for those wondering, that would be public school breakdown.

got to do something with playoffs if this sticks for sure. Sorry but 32 out of 36 teams shouldnt make 3a playoffs. should be 24 max for football(prolly 16) and 16 for everythign else.

as far as many goes, if grandlake and oak grove have to go select, so should many.

and frick MANY thats why. they were the main people screaming about the split and have benifitted the most when they are select themselves. cheating bastards.

hopefully MANY gets fricked. they are the definition of select. get to stay 2a but then draw football kids from all over the parish. its bullshite.

Absolutely. They're the ones that bend the rules the most. And then post that "Many Made" bullshite all over Twitter. I cringe every time I see it.

This list isn’t accurate. From Rummel down, those are all 4A schools (DII). The Catholic League schools all play up.

STM is DII

With that lineup of schools in the splits? Yeah, I think they go select and play Catholic et all because they can compete at a high level in every major sport.

This year alone, they won the 5A public titles in football and basketball as well as getting to the quarters or semis of baseball.

They will piss and moan about this because their entire push for a split was based on not having to play the John Curtis / Evangel contingent and get their shite pushed in.

frick em. want to make the rules now you live by them. if we are going to truely split it based on select and non select then if you take kids out of zone, you should be select period!! no ifs, no buts, nothing.

Agreed fully.

I’m just finding it schadenfreudelicious that these particular assholes are being moved to select since they are the ringleaders for the mess of the last few years.

list isnt 100% right. it was a guess by someone that Geauxpreps retweeted.

i still think many ends up select.

Why would Quachita and WM be in select? are they open enrollement or do they have a magnet portion?

Independence and Amite have magnet programs, yet they’re listed with the publics.

Seems like there is still time for schools to determine changing their enrollment rules, but that seems like a pretty big problem at this stage in the year.

But hey, that’s me thinking the LHSAA actually gives a frick about students.

The principals are the ones who made this clusterfrick, not the ADs, so they can deal with it.

it was a projection by Todd Black, who host a show on 104.5, not an official list

oh well, let the principles deal with it, they are the ones who started this stupid shite.

they can go select for a year. want to take kids out of district....go play select, doesnt seem that complicated to me.

I thought they were open enrollment but could be incorrect. They seem to stack transfers from around the parish but maybe they just get the kids to move in
