I’m from Central originally but I live in St. Amant and my kids are in St. Amant schools and will go to St. Amant high. I want the gators to win because I love the community here!
However, stopping the veer isn’t as easy as it looks. Why doesn’t St. Amant ever play a tough OOD schedule?

It’s been something I’ve been asking for a pretty long time. I’m thinking that they just get a lot of money from home games, and that’s all they’re worried about right now. We usually play Lutcher every single year, and that’s usually our toughest OOD game. Weren’t on the schedule for this season. We play mostly inner city NOLA schools who don’t mind coming to our place 2 years in a row. Sometimes we get lucky and one of those inner city schools will be good, like when we had Warren Easton on our schedule for 4 straight years.

Don’t feel bad. They scored 77 points in the championship game against an undefeated parkway team. It was like watching someone run spam on a madden game.
