Ball has been in BM's frontcourt for 3:27. They held the ball while SA backed into a zone, and BM made a move in the final minute, missed a shot, got an offensive board, made another move, and they have a player at the free throw line for 2 shots. Timeout with :01 left, tie game.

That scoreline is sad but glad to see my Crusaders trying to return to the glory days when I was there of back-to-back state championships with DJ before Katrina made him go to Texas. The first was over St Aug IIRC.

5A is crazy. Brother Martin has a good squad but I didnt see them as a Div 1 Champ-level team (Scotlandville will handle them comfortably though). St Aug is so horribly coached though, so im sure that worked in their favor

Nope. I have to go to BR/NO back and forth this weekend. One twin has a dance competition in BR. The other has cheer grand nationals in NO. Back and forth a few times this weekend is going to be great...

Landry Walker is running away with this one. Just too fast. Their quickness lead to fouls. Fouls added up, WM without stars, game getting out of hand.

I got it. Just saying they were the 5 seed in football and 22 in basketball. Yet they've blazed through both so far. Some kids just have another switch when it really matters. Congrats, they deserve it.
