LHSAA Network interviewed the Barbe coach during the Live Oak/Sam Houston game. He was very gracious and complimentary of their coaches and programs.

It doesn't seem so to me. The only way to download the LHSAA Network app is via AppleTV, RokuTV, or FireTV. LHSAA has an app for iphone and android, but it doesn't look like it carries the livestream.
