The last one was won in....*checks notes*....2009. lmao.

Noone gives a frick about championships in the 1920s before integration when black players and international players were not around.

Keep on fricking melting, baw.

honorably.

Keep telling yourself that as that is about all you can hope to claim at this point.

To be fair to the Mets, they did just get swept by the Brewers. The Mets might not be as bad as their slide suggests, instead the last three games could just be them running into the weird Devil Magic the Crew has going right now,

As a Brewers fan I’m loving it. In their last 66 games they are 50-16. That is bat shite crazy. Since right around June 1st there have only been 6 different teams that have beaten them and in the same span they’ve had seven series sweeps. Today four of their primary starters had the day off but they just don’t give a frick. They scrap, claw, and fight anyone they play.

Down 5-0 today and I told a friend of mine that I had more confidence that they’d come back and win than I had confidence when peak Aaron Rodgers was given the ball with a minute left, a pair of timeouts and a four point deficit.

It’s downright preposterous what Milwaukee has been doing the past couple of months….but I’m loving the hell out of it.

This team is going to hurt me bad in October. Been there before, it sucks.

They're gonna tear shite up enroute to their customary first round playoff exit.

Lost 7 straight games

Blew a 5-0 lead to get swept straight out of Milwaukee
Fatass Solo (not a typo) hitting like Prime Barry Bonds when no one is on base

No cap, when you think times are tough for your team, it could always be worse…you could be a Mets fan!

All of that and we still have a better record than the Yankees.

Yep, pretty pissed about my Cubs of late, then I look at the New York teams and I feel better.

Does that include Arnold Johnson, former owner of Yankee Stadium, helping them stack their teams via lopsided trades?

And their felon former owner (who got suspended from MLB) hiring a known lowlife to spy on a player to try and void a contract.

I think some relevant context here is that the Brewers are never gonna lose another game (apparently).

Just checked, the Brewers are 17-4 since the all star break and undefeated in August.

Don’t forget the free agency system that drastically changed the mlb landscape. Most of their “championships” were prior to this.
