He was never the best player on his own high school team. I also don't think he ever averaged over 12 points.

He had a heart attack that almost killed him before his ONE season in college.

Who goes through that and immediately is the best player or averages 20?

Does this put him in ROTY contention or another trip to the G team?

It shows he is performing above his draft spot, which is all that matters

People are acting like he was the #1 pick

Considering his heart stopped beating and was right on deaths door I would say that places him at greater adversity than 99% of posters here

Hmmmm. TomAYto - TomAHto.

One dude’s heart stopped VS 99% posters’ brain stopping.

Seems like a toss up on adversity.

Since when is it expected for a late 2nd round pick to be ROTY level?

Clippers selected Cam Christie 46th

Is he a ROTY contender?

Your clippers picked Cam Christie with the 46th pick, 9 spots ahead of Bronny

Christie is averaging 1.6 pts and 0.9 rebounds a game…Maybe yall should have taken Bronny

I heard this morning that Bronny passed Ben Simmons on the career 3 point shots made list.

Are you going to check in on him the next game or was that a one time thing?

He had a -36 +/- lol. The starters actually kept the game close and when the bench checked in the Lakers got destroyed.

Do you have any ability to use critical thought?

True or false

Bronny James is performing better than most drafted in spots 50-60 in the nba draft?

I’ll save everyone time on his response

He will post “lol” and likely a gif as well without answering the question at all

I don't get the hate for the kid. In the interviews I've seen he seems to be a humble guy considering that he was definitely born with a silver spoon in his mouth.

People so badly wanted him to fail miserably so they could laugh at the nepotism. They were sure of it

Well the fact is he has played above his draft pick value and they are too small to just admit they were wrong

Same could be said for the cult following of both… although it’s far more common for people to obsess over professional athletes than it is for them to obsess over politicians

The thing is he has always been very physically gifted and was rated highly out of high school.

is he truly physically gifted though?

he's like 6'2 and does have a great vertical, but doesn't really jump off the screen when it comes to quickness and athleticism
