Herby, Rece, and Dez are solid. I could do without Mcafee, and Pollack is clearly the weak link and brings nothing good. He needs to go.
They need to slow down the rapid fire pace, eliminate the excessive advertising, quit doing the same corny bits, and bring someone truly funny and original onto the team.
