La starts it's LeBron era next week when the NBA kicks off. Will be interesting to see what kind of season the Lakers have.

If LeBron leads the Lakers to winning titles, is it time to start the LeBron vs Jordan chat again? Or is LeBron still not there yet? Or will he ever be? What say you?

Six is double of three, but still less than eleven.

Titles?

As in multiple? If he wins two titles in LA after winning two in Miami and one in Cleveland he passes MJ without an argument. Considering he would most likely also add another MVP or two in the process he would be on top to stay.

What is lost with Lebron is the fact Golden State is better than any team Chicago beat or fielded in the 90’s. Beating them once was a major accomplishment. Imagine Utah after losing to Chicago in six games decided to add David Robinson or Hakeem Olajuwon. That is what the Warriors did. They had a very good team that won 73 games and added the second best player to that team.

Two guys who played In very different eras who were unquestionably the best player when they played. Wish that was good enough for everyone.

We should all agree on that and that Kobe was never the greatest player in his time

Millennials have been the source of a lot of dumb shite but one of the top 5 things is this persistent notion that LeBron is equal to or greater than Jordan. He's not even top 5 if he retired at this point.

Someone else may be able to find the data as I'm on my phone but based on Net Rating I believe all 9 opponents Lebron has faced in the Finals have been better than all of the 6 MJ faced.

Top 5 in terms of what? OBVIOUSLY, LeBron James could retire today and he'd clearly be top 5 all-time, his stats, accolades, and traits as a player sustain and justify that, he's a transcendent athlete, a force of basketball nature and was that ever since he played in high school cmon now.

Funny, I'm not a millenial, and I think it's really dumb to claim LeBron isn't even top five.

LeBron is better than MJ in some statistical categories. I can respect going MJ over LeBron. I can't respect thinking LeBron isn't Top Five.

I honestly would never consider the 2011 Dallas Mavs the equal or greater than maybe more than 1 of the teams MJ faced during his run regardless of what the net ratings say, I've never watched a more underwhelming championship team in my entire life yet they managed to continue to win in the West playoffs as I kept waiting for them to be eliminated it was shocking to be frank

Carolina's opinion with respect to LeBron's place in the all-time NBA Mount Rushmore was very uneducated and ignorant of course LeBron's top 5 all-time he's the ultimate transcendent basketball unicorn who can do everything for a team, these MJ homers
