Harden (and all of us) knows that he would get his titles if he formed a super team with 3 franchise players. Who wants to win a title like that? They will always have the caveat “well he had to form a super team to get it”. Better to take your chances with a non super team. If you are able to win one that way it is much much more highly regarded. It is worth the risk.

I hope LBJ says "Cavs, i love you as an organization so I will resign only so you can trade me and get something back for me. How bout you trade me to Houston straight up for James Harden."

That means championship for Houston, and Harden ends up in Cleveland

I'm a Rockets fan and hate watching Harden play the game

Houston wouldn’t trade Hardwn for Lebron You have lost your mind. The whole franchise has been built around James. Best offense in league history. Best iso season in league history. If you think Lebron can come in and improve that. Lol

No way you actually believe that. By every statistical measurement LBJ was on another level than Harden during the postseason.

LeBron probably thinks Houston is made up off nothing but white, racist republicans, when in fact, it is one of the most diverse, progressive cities in the US.

It’s a really shitty city.

Personally have lived in the following places:

Houston
Shreveport
OKC

Much prefer bottom 2 honestly. DFW is the much better mega city in Texas.

And yet he was on a team with two MVPs and got swept gentlemanly by the Kang.

Oh no. This is merely a phase. The spirit of competition will win out. Thanks to the dames and hardens of the league.

What fantasy world do you live in?

Winning will win out. If people start winning without superteams then others will start believing. Harden and Lillard have to actually win. Losing to those teams just makes you a loser.

LBJ also played in the east bro.....

harden had to face off v rude gobert who certainly woulda put a big dent in Lebrons production. In fact Utah would’ve beat CLE in a series.

When they were 23 - 24 year olds. no one wins a title at that age. takes time. You gotta learn how to win in this league.

I lived in Houston for 2 years. It's good for jobs and cost of living but otherwise not that appealing. Worked in Dallas/Fort Worth for a while and liked them both better.

Also, I've lived in Atlanta and all over South Florida. Would pick both over Houston as well.

I think LeGoat goes to LA.

Well he had Shaq. And back then two was what three is today. Point being. No 23 year olds are winning titles without lots of vet help. Okc didn’t have much of that.

Yeah Austin and Fort Worth are the best Texas cities.

Was going to say I’d definitely choose Atlanta over Houston as well.

Compelling debate would be which is the better city:

San Antonio vs Houston. I honestly would probably say SA because of proximity to Austin and it’s prettier.

Agree San Antonio vs Houston is close. Austin is prettier but Dallas is closer to Houston and more fun than Austin, so toss up.

Look at their numbers against GS bro. You’ve said it yourself LBJ is on another level. The only reason CC wouldn’t make that deal is bc Harden is 5 years younger although LBJ trading places with Harden is getting CC a guaranteed 2 ships.

Well you keep hardwn and you are pretty much guaranteed two ships too. It’s just a matter of time. It is like waching Tyson first few fights you knew he was gonna be the champ it’s just a matter of when.

Well he's 28 now and he still hasn't come close. When's it going to happen?
