People who think 3-4>6-0 are nuts. You don't get points for making it to the finals.

Don't think anyone is arguing that.

I think the argument is over 3-4 > 3-0. Which it is.

I don't know why people can't just content themselves with comparing players from the same era. MJ was the best of his era. Comparing him objectively to Kareem, Wilt, or Lebron is never going to be possible.

Those four guys all had a stretch of maybe a decade where they were the best in the game. That's amazing - and about as much as you can accomplish as an athlete in a team sport.

Lebron better all around, can play more positions, faster, stronger, tougher, good

And MJ is the best basketball player of all time. Period. You're starting a team, you pick MJ every time. For, everything that LJ is, there is one thing he isn't- he isn't MJ.

Jordan at no point left to join players like Wade and Bosh to try and build a super team.

The age vs. seasons argument has already been had here.

Jordan is the best ever, I'm not arguing otherwise.

Their accomplishments at the same age is an interesting comparison.

Sorry you hate Lebron.

Well I don't agree with the insinuation that had Jordan entered the league at 18 that he would have won a championship any sooner.

certainly there's no way to know anything period. all we know is Lebron had 4.5 more years to accomplish those things.

No he didnt. 31 years is 31 years is 31 years is 31 years. How you choose to defend it is fine, but it is still illogical. From coming out of the birth canal, it took both players 31 years to win 3 titles.

I actually disagree with this pretty hard, and think it's a great argument to make a case for Lebron being GOAT. My knowing anything else about the team you're trying to build, I absolutely think Lebron should be taken over MJ. I think having Lebron makes building the rest of the team easier. I think it makes your team more versatile.

I can fully recognize that Lebron is one of the greats to play basketball but the MJ comparisons are just fanboys being ridiculous.

The Lebron that finally showed up in games 4-7 this year was what MJ called a reg tuesday night.

13 and 9. can't win something until you are allowed into league.
