There are 3 things obvious to me:
1. TT wanted to get rid of Leach before this.
2. He must have done something wrong here for them to make such a quick decision. If it wasnt clear to them they wouldnt have fired him.
3. It doesnt matter what kind of kid Adam James is. There are proper ways to deal with kids and Leach didnt do it. Personally I think he has many skeletons in his closet and thats why TT wanted him gone.

Of these three things, only the first is obvious. "He must have done something wrong here for them to make such a quick decision. If it wasnt clear to them they wouldnt have fired him. " - this sounds like, "He must be guilty or they wouldn't have arrested him."

2) Not kissing your AD's arse is wrong at TT, I guess.
3) He didn't do anything wrong with the James kid. The James kid, like his father, is a waste of sperm.

They were going into that hearing today to allow a judge who went to Baylor to decide whether Leach was going to coach on Saturday. Any time you walk into court, it's a crap shoot. The way to eliminate the risk for Tech and to make sure that the judge didn't decide who their coach was--fire Leach. I'll bet Leach and his lawyer didn't see that coming when they filed the suit.
I'm not surprised this all happened. What did Leach expect would happen when he sued his employer? Did he think Tech was going to see the light and change its mind?
