Before I went to Xavier, some students protested in previous years and wanted a collegiate asian men at xavier, they got shot down without even hearing as to why.
The person who wrote up the petition? The african american man who sponsored Xavier's asian association. He thought it was a good idea to start one because majority of xavier is black and asian, two minority groups that are making their mark in the collegiate world.

I didn't give a rip about the trayvon martin case. From what I could tell, the integrity of the legal process was preserved, and that was that. Didn't come down on one side or the other, and surely didn't make any decision based on race, I can tell you that much.
Had better things to do than follow that case in detail. Obama should have kept his mouth shut on it, as he should have here, but I'm not an Obama supporter to begin with and I suppose that's not really here nor there.

Larry is talking about Black ownership; Black self-determination; the building of a Black institution. You know kind of like the NBA is a White institution and it is a White institution because the owners are all-White with the exception of one.
And, a Black controlled league doesn't mean all the players would be Black no more than the NBA currently has all White players.
