I have to apply for FMLA at my job, I don't get to disappear and come back when I want
Guy completes his degree in December & can go where he wishes. Hope he learned valuable lesson about what he means to these Coaches/ schools.

You’re keeping the black man down routine is a waste of TD bandwidth. Chasing down the poor boys to offer them $100+k in scholarships, resources, training and education is not going to result in sympathy when the kids can’t or don’t make the most out of it.
Once again to some of you in the thread. Student athletes are NOT employees and FMLA does NOT apply here
Pretty obvious that Kiffin looked at this kid as an entitled malingerer and treated him accordingly. Bringing in a recording device to set kiffin up means the kid is even worse.
I love how LSUsa reads some online articles and decides he knows exactly what happened here. Who knows what kind of a shitbird this kid was on a day to day basis. Reminds me of Sopsher at Bama, and I am sure Lord Saban had choice words for that kid in private too.

Does the coach have offer a student athlete FMLA and EAP. Messing up FMLA is a good way to get sued.
