He really believed that bullshite. He didn't know our football team. We knew his and tried telling him but he just didn't want to hear it.

So when our backup cornerback beats his time at the combine...

Oregon fans love bragging about the track times of their football players, but don't understand why they'll never win a national title. I'll give you a hint, it's because SEC schools recruit football players who happen to be world class athletes, not the other way around.

To be fair, your backup cornerback was probably the fastest player on your team.

Oregon has plenty of great athletes on that team, and they will eventually win a NC.

I don't like their offense at all, but Chip Kelly has really changed the program, and could easily have himself a powerhouse for the next 5-10 years.

He got 5 quality dlinemen in this recruiting cycle...and 5 very quality oline last cycle. So, I would not be surprised if CK wins Oregon a championship granted he stays and the NCAA does not go to hard on us. Obviously, the skill guys have never been issue.

they'll play second fiddle to USC if Lane gets them rolling. Oregon has trouble with anyone that sports a decent DL.

No Oregon won't. The oline is set to be a strength.

Not against a quality DL. USC is the only team in pac whatever that seems to be able to field those.

I have followed the Pac for years and been a recruitnik. Oregon has not recruited in the trenches like we've done with Chip.

I think Chip can get Oregon to the next level. He has played the best teams in the nation the past few years and knows where he has to improve.

Cliff Harris can't even back-peddle in the DB drill. Dude was stumbling everywhere

I said on a number of occasions before this past season that Cliff Harris is the most overrated defensive back in the country by far...he showed a lack of position discipline on the field and at times showed poor technique in games

Was hoping for more size at DT still. Got several DE's but they need more big bodies upfront.

I am not disappointed at all. We have a lot of young DT in the rotation right now. Heimuli and Keliikipi are Juniors this upcoming season with lots of rotation experience. Remington is the DT we lose next year and we add a very good prospect that was ready to contribute by all account in Ebert.

Armstead is going to be massive, Balducci is going to step on campus at 270ish and Bair will be 280ish. These guys will have 2 years in the S&C program. We got two guys in Balducci and Armstead that will undoubtedly play at 300 or more. Bair is interesting to me. His brother could never play over 275. He said he was always drinking high calorie supplements but could never gain weight. His younger brother is coming into the program at 270. I read somewhere that the Bair family says Stezon is the better athlete.

Carriger's dad said his kid will hold 270 very well.

This group will be interesting to watch in the S&C program. Armstead is 6'8", Buckner 6'7", Carriger 6'7", Bair 6'7" and Daniel 6'6". Oregon got a basketball team and we'll see how that translates. You gotta think they pulled a lot of athletes and are hoping some grow into DT and others will stay DE based on body type.
