Love Lamar, but he really needs to make a deep playoff run to be in that upper echelon.

His record as a QB is 47-16. If Lamar is a middle of the pack QB than Baltimore has had an all time great roster these last few seasons.

Now I do think he is going to age like milk.

I think the issue is he peaked a few years ago and has injury issues we all anticipated.

He does not appear to be good now. Doesn't mean he wasn't great in the past.

For a comparison, see: Russell Wilson or Matt Ryan last year

If he can be 2019 good consistently for the next few years, he'll be worth what the Ravens just paid him. Unfortunately, that version of Lamar is gone and never coming back.

Harbaugh must love Jackson as a QB then because all of the backup QBs look like versions of him. They all are Black QBs who play just like Jackson. Smh

QBs are supposed to be able to throw the football last time I checked.

So with 32 teams in the NFL, that means you think there are approximately 15 starting QBs better than him. Can you name all of them?

Lamar is not a top 3-4 QB, and I’m not pretending that he is. However, when he can stay healthy, he is certainly a Top 10 (probably Top 6-8) QB.

I will also add that he outplayed Burrow yesterday despite the Ravens missing their starting left tackle, their starting center, their starting running back, and Odell Beckham Jr. missing the entire 2nd half of the game.

Was perfect the 52 yard bomb to Zay flowers a throw?

Also is being 3rd in the league in completion percentage currently at 74.5% any good?

Asking for a friend…

That’s 12 off the top of my head

Trask, young, stroud, Pickett, fields, ridder, love too early to tell but there’s probably a couple in there better as well. He’s probably on the same level as Daniel jones and mac jones.

The ones in bold are not “for sure” better

PS: you forgot to name Jalen Hurts in your top 12. Telling me you don’t watch ball without telling me you don’t watch ball…

The easier explanation is they don't have to change the playbook completely for a backup if he has a similar skillset.

Congrats on naming starting QBs. Geno Smith??

Too early for Fields? He is 5-22 as a starter. How many more starts does he need for you to figure this out? Lamar is 47-16.

Your take is a joke.
