Kobe has been excellent on last second shots this season. Prior to this year he had only been making 25% though

Considering Phil Jackson said Kobe was better than Jordan on the last shot, I guess you would first have to compare Lebron to Jordan on the last shot before you can even bring Kobe into the discussion.

Lebron's Finals against the Spurs was a masterpiece of fail.
Wouldn't exactly call 25/8/8 "a masterpiece of fail" when you have shite for a supporting cast that he literally carried to the Finals in just his 4th year in the League at 22 years old. Kobe's 21/4/4 at the same point in his career doesn't exactly sparkle against those numbers.

yet he hasn't been able to win the big game.
Put Kobe in place of LeBron without all the talent he has been blessed with in LA and he wouldn't have gotten them any further. Actually, with him not being the needed facilitator that LeBron is, he wouldn't have gotten them as far to begin with.

His three year streak from 04-06 when he failed to reach the playoffs and then flamed out twice in the first round pretty much proves as much.

And Lebron's 7 year streak of flaming out in the playoffs proves...

Kobe's finals performances against the Pistons and the Celtics are two of the worst of all time, including ALL players to play in a finals series, from a statistical perspective. Compare the people he played with to Lebron's teammates.

Lebron's final team:
Sasha Pavlovic, Drew Gooden, Donyell Marshall, Larry Hughes, Big Z

Kobe's teammates:
Shaq, Gasol, Odom, Karl Malone, Gary Payton, etc.

As I have said numerous times, the haters will always hate.

If Lebron wins a title this year, the haters will say "Oh yeah?????? Kobe's got 4!!!!111!!"

Whatever.

Like I said, the haters will always hate.

Glad to know that number of titles is the ultimate arguement in determining a player's greatness.

BJ Armstrong > John Stockton. Gotcha.

Actually, if you've read even a modicum of his stuff in the past, it's really not.

Dude makes PJ look like Daryl Morey.

You ignorance of facts is astounding.

0 is not greater than 4.

Basketball greatness is not scored like UNO.

A. Your ignorance is showing since they've only been the Playoffs for the last 4 years after it took LeBron to raise them from their depths in his first 3 seasons.

B. Considering that LeBron has at least got his teams out of the first round in every attempt it at least proves that he can get poorly talented teams past the first series. Kobe has never been able to accomplish that.
