Regardless of Bron status, I don't see a way Kevin is on the roster opening night with the Cavs dire need to improve their defense and back court play.

He avg 18 ppg and 11 rpg in the NBA Finals. I’m sure there will be a team that could use that help. (Lebron has no help!!!)

Cavs aren’t going to improve trading Love. They have no trade value outside of Love and are stuck with terrible contracts. Love is getting moved for a young player and pick more than likely. Love is the only player outside of Lebron worth a damn on that roster and people want him traded.

Nah we already have Randle and Kuzma (unless Magic does something irrational just to make a splash)

Love averaged a triple double if you include the 10 dunks a game from him getting beat to the rim. Guy is useless against GS

His defense was better than Lebron’s, bc he actually tried.

Just to throw out ideas. The Blazers will probably let Nurkic walk, leaving a pretty big hole. They have Collins ready to play Center. The Lillard/McCollom pairing just isn't working how they hoped. So trade a package built around McCollom and Turner for a package of Love and Smith. Fills needs for both..

Cavs getting rid of jr for anyone with a pulse is a plus so I'd take that deal in an instant

Love to Lakers for Deng and Kuzma
Lebron sign and trade to Lakers (Cap Space)
George signs with Lakers

PG - Ball
SG - Ingram
SF - George
PF - James
C - Love

That is a much better team than what Lebron got to the finals. Problem is it is in the Eest and still worse than the Warriors but with a better coach in Walton.

Replace Favors with him in Utah, I think it could be a nice fit. He would stretch the floor and they have Gobert backing him up since he can’t defend 4’s in the modern NBA.

That or somewhere he could play 5 all the time that has really good perimeter defenders and he wouldn’t need to protect the rim, since he can’t

plenty of teams. He's due what 24-26 mil? It's not like a Ryno type contract.

But he only has a year left, so it would be tricky for Cleveland to get as much as they'd want
