Yeah, I assume this is a joke from Goodman.

Dickinson is doing the same thing Armando Bacot did this year, Jeremy Roach is doing next year, and many other players who are using the COVID year loophole to get a 5th year of eligibility.

I dislike the usage of the COVID year this far down the line, as the 2020-21 guys didn’t lose a tournament year and their college careers were only interrupted by missing a few non-conference games as freshmen and maybe a few cancelled games in December 2020 or January 2021, but they didn’t make the rule.

There are guys with far more egregious uses of extending their eligibility imo. There is some guy who played at Harvard who is about to enter his 8th year, I believe.
