Yep. Going to be a lot of attempted finger pointing. But this is the answer many times. It is just so unsatisfying.

ESPN says he went to Pioli and Crennell to thank them for everything they've done for him before killing himself in front of them.
I only feel sympathy for his family, the girl and her family, and his baby that this a-hole selfishly made an orphan.

You need to reconsider your attitude on this.
His family and his girlfriend's family lost loved ones today.
In fact, his family needs more support BECAUSE it was a suicide. If you've ever lost someone to suicide, then you understand what I mean.
If he had only committed suicide, then yes, I would have sympathy for his family. But he didn't. He killed someone else too. I do feel sorry for his girlfriend's family. And the child - obviously, it did nothing to deserve the loss of its parents. The child is worthy of our thoughts and prayers.
But I don't feel sorry for Belcher or his family. I have no sympathy for the family of a murderer. Sorry.

ETA: His family. I don't have sympathy for Belcher either.

I've seen a lot of stupid shite on this board. This might be the stupidest thing ever typed and submitted on TD.
You deserve recognition.

May be better off. Just a thought.

You should read what you post before you hit send.
Prayers for the Belcher family, you know the ones that had nothing to do with this yet will suffer with the pain of loss over the parents of a newborn,
What a jackass
Like I've said, I have no sympathy for the family of a murderer. And if you think a man's family "had nothing to do with" his behavior and choices as an adult, then maybe it's you who's the jackass.

So you're essentially saying theyre guilty by association. Damn, you're ignorant

True. Its still going to bother the kid when he finds out.

BS.
Not in all cases but in a lot the family has no idea. This guy I assume was in his early to mid 20's a lot of schizophrenics have their psychotic break at that age.
Schizophrenia is a stretch but is a possibility. But him going to the facility and NOT shooting it up points to not being psychotic.

Maybe he was looking for just one other person to shoot and was persuaded to do otherwise. Just a thought.
Maybe one of his teammates was pounding his old lady.

Not really guilty of anything, except being the family of a murderer. It's nothing personal against them; I just don't feel sorry for them.
I mean, does everyone on this board send their thoughts and prayers to all murderers' families?. . . Victims', yes. Murderers', no.

it will be interesting to see what is really going on with the whole situation and what made him act out in this way
