Did Winston's teammates get together and fake a toxicology report too?

When her blood was drawn, it was the next morning as far as BAC measurements. Doesn't rule out she was hammered while jameis forced it in. Nobody but her and the redshirt know what happened. I don't give any weight to the teammates' statements, made 11 months after the fact.

It's an overblown, misused piece of information. You have the Constitutional right to the presumption of innocence in a court of law. Meaning the state has to prove you are guilty. As the accused, you don't even have to offer a defense.

As private citizens, most of whom have zero chance of serving on a hypothetical jury, we can reach whatever conclusions we want.

My opinion is there was more than enough evidence to present to a grand jury. Hillar Moore took less to the grand jury in the Jordan Jefferson case.

a grand jury could indict a candy bar if presented any evidence. The DA thought he couldn't get a conviction. JW may have done inappropriate acts we will never know. The DA in the Kobe case was sure there was rape even though all evidence said there wasn't. Money made the accuser go away.

According to Meggs, they extrapolated her BAC to the time of the incident....a max of .10

No drugs, a max of .10, no witnesses that she was "hammered", no evidence she drank excessively, etc. Kinda hard for substances to be responsible for her large memory lapses.

Like you said, only 2 people know what happened and there is no corroborating evidence a rape took place. Meggs said he wasn't concerned she was a weak witness as long as he had evidence to support the charge. He didn't.

The family of the woman who accused Winston (he was cleared Thursday) is having a press conference the day before the Heisman ceremony.

Yet people wonder why many on here were quick to call her an attention whore and take winstons side

No, the State assessed they couldn't get a conviction. Has nothing to do with whether what he did was right or wrong.

Innocent until proven guilty. Isn't that what he believe in America?

Like I said, that's the constitutional standard. Do you think OJ was "innocent" since he wasn't "proven guilty?"

She THINKS she was hit on the back of the head? If you were hit on the head, you can feel with your hand to see where it hurts.

The girl got blackout drunk and had sex, it sounds like.

No, I don't. But I don't condone witch-hunts either. Let the guy be. You guys don't find it strange that none of this started coming out until he was being dubbed "Famous Jameis"??

Any evidence to support that he was not also drunk and she did not in fact rape him?

Nah, I'm just giving some counter-points. Some people take the position that there is no way he could have done it since he wasn't charged.

It's a pretty tough story to piece together.

Oh I agree. There is a possibility he did it. There's a possibility that they all told the truth in a way. Maybe she did give him a BJ..but afterwards didnt feel well and he still went ahead and had sex with her.

Anyway.

Here is the video/audio of one of Jameis "witnesses"
