I honestly think Fields will do just fine in Pittsburgh.
He'll be leaps and bounds better than he was in Chicago. That place is a QB nightmare and has been for quite some time.

Yep. I don't think he's that good but the change of scenery may be good. Chicago is an absolute hellhole for QBs (save Cutler).

Will his accuracy suddenly get much better after 3 years? That doesn't get better after 3 years in the League. You are what you are at that point. And he can't read defenses either. That ain't getting better after 3 years, either.
