Yes, he has a right to speak his mind.

But there are multiple problems with what LeBron is doing.

First, he’s really not qualified to speak on political and social issues. He just regurgitates MSM propaganda and lies. He doesn’t use any critical thinking or take nuanced positions. He makes dangerous statements, such as black people get hunted down every time they leave their house.

This is especially problematic because of the gigantic platform he has. Social media and traditional outlets such as espn give this guy access to pretty much every person in the country. Obviously not everyone will be buying what he’s selling, but impressionable kids will eat this crap up.

Compare LeBron to Stephen a smith. Most of us here dislike about 95% of what Stephen A says. But, it’s obvious that Stephen A is intelligent and does his homework, and he at times will break from the MSM narrative (eg. his extreme criticism of kaepernick).

What LeBron is doing is very dangerous. It’s painfully obvious that he is neither intelligent or educated, and, as Zlatan stated, should thus not interject himself in issues.
