There’s so much gray in here that I don’t even know what you’re arguing. Let’s boil it down and you answer:

Under the premise that this girl is under the age of consent (underage), is Giddey:
a) breaking the law
B) not breaking the law

Next question. Under same premise, is Giddey engaging in:
A) pedophilia
B) not engaging in pedophilia

Yet you won’t clearly answer the question even with how simple it appears to be for you
