Jumping the gun? he's been an unmitigated disaster thus far.

He inherited a damn good team and blew it up.

what a disaster.
Jimmy Johnson didn't turn around the cowboys in less than half a season. Saban didn't turn around bama in less than half a season either.

What happened to put them in rebuild mode?

Nothing. They went 6-10 in 2017 with a lot of close games.

After 2016, Jack Del Rio did one of the strangest things I've ever seen a coach do: he kept his failing DC while firing his successful OC. (Ken Norton Jr: 26th and 20th in yards / ppg; Bill Musgrave: 6th and 7th)

The Raiders were still bad defensively in 2017 but they also took a huge step back offensively in 2017.

If JDR had simply kept his good coordinator and booted his bad coordinator, I'm pretty sure the 2017 Raiders are 8-8+ and he's still the head coach.

I was among a few who knew this was a disaster in the making. Ego Mamniac who has no clue how to build a team. Couldn’t happened to a better franchise

It's not Gruden's fault Carr can't complete a pass out of Spider 2 Y Banana.

He's getting back at the Raiders for trading him to Tampa Bay. Getting paid millions to tank.

I think he’s proven that he’s a pretty good coach this year.

Still has to punch us into the playoffs, and I've got a few saved myself.

Especially one where his decisions lead so directly to said loss
