Of course it did. The law is the law. There's absolutely no mitigation written in the statute.

When we post self defense it gets even worse for you.

There's no argument. At all. The response has to be reasonable and proportional. A very large athlete got slightly slapped by a fricking girl and he destroyed her with a haymaker.

Look, hitting women is fricked up, and his life wasn't at risk, but it's kind of hard to expect someone to get slapped in the face/neck and not do anything.

Lol you must be a pussy if you're scared of a girl slapping you.

Stoops simply doesn't care. Dede Westbrook was charged with domestic violence on the mother of his two kids and Stoops gave him a scholarship.

I'm pretty sure if someone pushes you and then strikes you across the face, you're allowed to defend yourself. Yes Mixon wildly overreacted but he didn't throw the first blow or the second for that matter. She was the aggressor here not him.

A lot of people need to learn the difference between self defense and vengeance

Exactly. Self defense is an act needed to protect yourself from injury or great bodily harm. Oklahoma you have to attempt to retreat or not be able to.

The response has to be necessary, reasonable and proportional.

I can't believe I'm arguing with king troll ballcaster though.

These frick sticks act like getting lightly pushed by a girl is some nightly event. Something that is a threat to them at all times. Just walk the frick away.

Who enjoys being around a cunty bitch? Just get away from here.

Not a single person fits this description. If you're going to focus on the motives of the points made, you aren't equipped to discuss this or anything.

If he is to be a defendant, part of his defense will be the actions of the woman that provoked his action. Amounts of punishment are very often affected by circumstances such as these.

Jesus frick you're annoying

I don't know why you're trying to make that point. We've discussed what the law says about her actions for pages.

That's the scary part. Wasn't drunk, and yet so easily quick to brutal violence against an unarmed girl.

Hope she gets some of his NFL money down the road.

Is he good enough for and NFL team to throw him on a roster?

Legal shite aside, dude has a problem and it's almost a forgone conclusion that he'll do this again.

Defenses wouldn't bring up stuff like this if it never worked.

It wouldn't work in this case for 99% of defendants. It's laughable.

If you weren't trolling and thought about this a little logically you'd know that.

If you can't discuss without focusing on the motive of the person making the point, you aren't worthy of a discussion about the material at hand.
