I'm always gun shy when it comes to prospects, I mean I didn't wanna give up Jackson and Coke for Granderson at the time (yes I know Kennedy was involved with DBacks). Imagine Jackson and Brett in same outfield.... No power but a ton of speed

I liked the Grandy deal. I figured at worst, we got an "already developed" Jackson.

Except Granderson quit hitting for avg and stealing bases and just went power or strike outs also I think Jackson is a much better OF than Granderson. With Arod, Tex, Martin the Yankees need a few players who could go 1st to 3rd or swipe a base or two

Because this happened to the Yankees, changes will be made. If this had happened to the Brewers, Pirates, Royals, etc in a post-season game it would hardly even get a mention the next day.
Baammmmm. It's just like the new Wild Card bullshite. The only reason it changed is because the Red Sox were victimized by it last season.

Yes. The "George is dead and gone" Yankees.

I don't think people realize this.... Yankees are still willing to spend on FA pitching and their own guys but days of going after every 30+ power hitter on market are over.
If Hamilton was still you 28/29 they would make a run at him
