He’s gonna get some HC interviews this year.

LSU wouldn’t be a better spot for him if his goal is to be an NFL HC (which it clearly is)

Too early to tell. The Panthers are one of the least talented teams in the league. I think I would need to see another year of him to tell.

He’ll be an NFL HC within 2 years.

He may have Teddy but he doesn’t have the Ol, Rb or WR that the Saints out around Teddy to make him look serviceable.

The NFL is much more likely to promote a young smart offensive mind than even colleges if he stayed here he would be getting G5 HC job offers maybe.

LSU fans seemingly rooting for him to fail is one of the stranger things I’ve seen on here. And they’re wrong about him having a bad season. He’s produced good numbers without his best player and a Qb that is a full time starter for the first season in years.

Being salty about him leaving for an obviously better gig is just pathetic. Seems like a bitter ex gf

Doesn’t help he was without one of the best players in the league most of the year.

He wasn't going to raise his stock any higher at LSU this season than he did last season.

I'm not happy his team struggled because he left LSU. I'm happy his team struggled because of the division they're in.

Well I think the idea originally was they were hoping that the offense wasn’t going to go to shut just because he left. And if he did poorly then it would be a sign that the existing coaching staff may be more competent.

If Kliff Kingsbury can be HC in the NFL, Joe Brady can be as well, why not...

Explain to me how there’s any chance he raises his stock at LSU by sticking around another year...

Can't see him getting a HC job in the NFL after only 2 years total as a coach, this year as an OC. Wayyyy too inexperienced at this point in his career. He wasn't a coach with the Saints, he was an analyst.

No comparison between an NFL OC and whatever you want to call his role at LSU. The Panthers production this year changes nothing about his impact on LSU last year.

Already more experienced that Zac Taylor was when he got hired.

Yeah Taylor is killing it with a 6-25 record. Brady's got to do better than an offense ranked in the bottom half of the NFL to even be in the discussion for a HC job

That’s not really how teams view these decision

He’s already in the mix. He kept them competitive on offense with zero talent on that side of the ball.
