We really don't know how good he is. Other than the TCU game he really hasn't been asked to do much.

Everyone says he has NFL high level talent but just bought into the program and was limited by design. Joel Klatt loves him as a great thrower.

Evaluators will fall in love with his physical traits and his alpha mentality.
I would not be surprised if he is a low 1s or 2nd Rd pick just because they love potential.

I think he's Stetson Bennett. But, it's also probably worth a shot in the fourth round if he's Jalen Hurts.
I don't think coming back would help much, unless he just wanted good NIL money. Michigan will probably get throttled by Texas, Oregon, and OSU. USC and Washington are no gimmes. At least right now he has the mystique of the 28-1 record or whatever it is.

JJ is better than Mac Jones.
Mac Jones arm too weak. His ball is floating. Velocity is low.
JJ has a big arm. But his problem is: JJ is throwing with his back foot. Look at his throws in Rose bowl and Championship game, you will see it. Not sure why Harbaugh have not fixed it. Maybe too hard to change the bad habit without break it.
If a NFL team is patient with JJ, he will be very good.
